摘要

After near infrared light irradiating,the leaves spectrograms of anti-nematodes tomato and normal tomato are achieved.The normalization processing and wavelet transform are used to preprocess the leaves spectrograms.Then the spectrograms are classified based on the model of cluster analysis.The experiments indicate that the classification accuracy of Euclidean distance method and correlation peak method are 81.32%and 82.42%respectively,and the correlation peak method is better.Therefore detection model based on near infrared spectrogram technology and cluster analysis has the value of applications.A new kind of methods can be provided which the spectroscopic technique is applied to detect plant diseases.
