摘要

The working profile of whole cycloidal gear is made up of epicycloid and hypocycloid entirely.The 3D model of whole cycloidal gear is more complex and tedious,and is also inconvenient to modify.The 3D modal of whole cycloid helical gears were established by using the features of whole cycloidal gear and parametric modeling techniques of Pro/E software.In virtue of finite elementmodel of whole cycloidalgear dynamic modal analysis,find all natural frequencies and corresponding vibration mode,it can be used in the mechanicaldesign process to respond to the externalexcitation frequency to avoid the theoretical natural frequency of whole cycloidalgear reference,where the drive whole cycloidalgear to avoid the resonance phenomenon.
