摘要

Wind power rotary machines usually work in complex conditions,and fault development trend information is easy to be overwhelmed by load changes,noise and other non-fault information and easy to cause misdiagnose.Thus,it's necessary to research the feature extraction method of manifold diagram of three-dimensional(3D)axis orbit diagram to realize the weak fault information acquisition of graphic form on varying working condition for rotary machines.Through field data collection and processing on wind generating sets,it can efficiently inhibit the wind regime and noise interference.The research results can provide a new approach for extraction of mechanical fault features to improving the accuracy and effectiveness of fault trends prediction of rotary machines on complex conditions.
