Internet Retail Banking Systems: A Singapore Perspective

The perceptions of customers on the Internet retailrnbanking systems implemented recently are empiricallyrnexamined through a survey of selected Internet users inrnSingapore. The results show that expectations assigned tornsecurity and accuracy, transaction speed, userrnfriendliness, and user involvement represent the attributesrnthat most likely support the market success of therninnovation. The present findings should provide usefulrninformation to assist in the development and marketing ofrncommercially viable cyber banking systems.
