With techniques for virtual design and computer graphics, human-machine interactive phenomena are simulated to solve the Ergonomic issues of vehicle cabins. The dynamic modeling of HMI for vehicle cabin is one of the important parts in the virtual design of HMI for vehicle cabin, which is carried out on the basis of geometrical modeling. This method is composed of the analysis and research of the change of objects position, collision detection, alternation mapping and object hierarchy. A dynamic model of HMI for vehicle cabin is put forward by the dynamic characteristics of basic resources, such as scene, view point, object and environment (light). The dynamic model can accomplish simulation for HMI for existing vehicle cabin, combined with geometrical model of HMI for vehicle cabin. The results show that the simulation of HMI for vehicle cabin is verisimilitude and it can meet with the need of Ergonomics simulation.
