摘要

Existing bistable permanent magnetic relay generally has two pieces of permanent magnets, and its moving iron core acts by varying excitation coil of magnetic to connect with permanent magnets.But the magnetic field produced by the excitation coils has certain influence on the demagnetization of permanent magnet, and the existing permanent magnetism relay usually uses the structure directly where electromagnetic relay acts, so that the reduction of contact's loss is limited.This paper studies on a new type of rotary bistable permanent magnetism relay which can keep bistable position by using single magnet and a rotating cantilever, and change magnetic retention force when it's at the steady state position by adjusting the air gap of permanent magnet and rotating shaft to avoid the phenomenon which the permanent magnet demagnetization intensifies and enhance the mechanical life of permanent magnetism relay.The simulation analysis proves that the research decrease a lot of the failure rate about permanent magnetism relay.Also, the work reliability of the permanent magnetism relay is improved.
