摘要

The HPP5000P powder molding machine is as the object of study in the paper.The combination of the neural networks and expert system in fault diagnosis are studied.Firstly,the principle and fault characteristics of powder molding machine are introduced in detail.Then the similarities and differences between neural network and expert system are studied in the next part,through which a basic structure of expert system model combined with neural network is designed.Finally,the expert system based on neural network is verified to be effective by a case of real-time monitoring to hydraulic pump of HPP5000P powder molding machine.
