Economic benefits and safety problems is two important factors in Open -pit mine production.For improve economic benefits of Open -pit mine and insure safety production, application system dynamic planning theory research, optimize stripping ratio of first open pit mining area during steering, control stripping ratio of equilibrium, determined the optimal stripping optimization strategy. This paper AnJiaLing open coal mine as the research object, considered the AnJiaLing in open -pit mine dump Settings, line transportation problem, the dynamic programming principle and the mine production practice, set up for AnJiaLing open pit mining division stripping ratio optimization mathematical model, lower stripping flood peak, balance stripping ratio, reduce investment cost, raise the mine production and safety level.Study have referential meaning to further improve the Open -pit mine production and safety level.
