Factors Affecting Food Cold Chain Logistics Development in China

With China's entry into WTO,consumers and governments press for greater food safety in China,theChinese food cold chain market is heating up. China's average annual output of food is around 300 billion U. Sdollars,but about 20% of food is wasted in the transport process. It is a great opportunity for china to expandand invest in cold chain market. Are there any factors affecting food cold chain logistics development in China?This study explores the question with the analysis of secondary data and face-to-face interviews. A frameworkhas been found to show the factors which affect food cold logistics development in China.
