The study for the Transformation problems of the energy-rich cities —take YuLin for example

Because of the particularity of the non-renewable energy, which makes the energy-rich cities, must to consider its further development. YuLin, especially as the emerging energy concentrative city of Shaanxi Province, how to accumulate experience from other energy cities, and recognize problems which existing in the development, to avoid that the city died caused by energy-exhausted. In this paper, we start with the definition of energy-rich cities, Sum up the focus problems which the energy-rich cities faced. Taking YuLin City of Shaanxi as an example, through analysis of its facing problems at the present stage and puts forward the related Suggestions.
