A two-level supply chain system is studied in this paper. By using the principle and modeling method of system dynamics, Bullship Effect of TCR-VMI consolidation replenishment and traditional replenishment under different types of end-customer’ s requirement are compared. Comparing the two modes, it can be seen that the Bullwhip Effect can be alleviated effectively under the TCR-VMI model in different demand types. In addition, the impacts of the key parameters (replenishment cycle, retailer demand smooth time, vendor and retailer order lead time) on the system cost of TCR-VMI model are discussed. The results show that three key parameters have relatively large effects on the cost of system. So the three key parameters are sensitive parameters, which are consistent with linear function.
