摘要

In this paper we propose, to use the evolutionary ecosystem concept as a metaphor to guide the methodological design of complex and dynamic organizational processes. The evolutionary ecosystem model will improve the effectiveness of other models due to its inherent dynamic properties, which are lacking in traditional organizational models. The evolution theory is related to the irreversible transformation process of all systems toward different levels of organized complexity. The process manifests itself all over the cosmos, and in each ecosystem of the Biosphere, of Gaia. Ecosystems have been evolving for millions of years the quality of their process and behavior is continuously improving with different rhythms of change. It is a complex second level cybernetic process that combines entropic, homeostatic, and morphogenetic equilibrium. In each evolutive stage new emergent properties appear, such as conscience in social systems.
