摘要

QuEChERS method was known as the quick,easy,cheap,effective,rugged and safe method for multi pesticide residue analysis in foods,recently. In this article,QuEChERS method was validated to analyze 19 pesticide residues (propoxur, dimethoate, pyrimethanil, metalaxyl, isocarbophos, prometryn,fenarimol, ethoprophos, metolachlor, quinalphos, pirimifos-methyl, buprofezin, fluazifop-p-butyl,diclofop-methyl, chlorpyrifos, fenpyroximate, fenvalerate, propargite, bifenthrin) in lettuce matrix,coupled with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS).
