建築修繕履歴から考える建物の経常修繕に関する研究

近年の建築の分野では建物の長寿命化が推進されており、これまで以上に建物の保全や修繕が重要視されている現状がある。建物の修繕には大きく分けて計画修繕と経常修繕がある。計画修繕とは長期的な計画を立てたうえで行う修繕、経常修繕とは日常的なものや緊急時に対応する修繕を指す。%In recent years, conservation and repair of buildings are regarded as important. The repair is largely divided into planned repair and ordinary repair. If you leave even small trouble spots, you may be charged a large repair cost. Therefore, in order to properly preserve buildings, it is necessary to grasp the actual condition of ordinary repair. In this research, we analyze the secular trend of the construction cost of the ordinary repair using the construction data of the repair history that actually existed, clearly show the change in the useful life of the parts due to the presence or absence of the ordinary repair.
