Carrying through the Scientific Concept of Development Advancing the Economics Zone on the Western Coast of the Taiwan Straits

摘要

On the Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Party Central Committee our party pointed out that we will insist on the scientific concept of development and the man-oriented to innovate "the view of development and improve the quality". Base on carrying out the standards of the scientific concept of development, this paper researched on pushing forward the construction of the economic zone on the western coast of the Taiwan straits and carrying through the scientific concept of development and advancing the economics zone of the western coast of the Taiwan straits.
