THE DISCUSSION OF THE STRATEGY OF ENTERPRISE RD INVESTMENT IN RISK CASE

It is well known that the level of science and technology is the key to enterprise’s competitionrnin the world today. The improvement of enterprise’s level of science and technology has inseparablernrelation with the R&D investment. We know that R&D investment is one kind of risk capital, and inrnwhat extent the enterprise is willing to invest the risk capital is worth discussing. This paper analyzes thernR&D strategy in such case as monopoly,duopoly and three or more competitive rivals in game theoryrnview. With the reference of expected profit, the paper discusses quantitatively the extent of R&Drninvestment that one enterprise would take a risk, and finally get some conclusions of the correspondingrnstrategies the enterprise ought to take in different case.
