Human resources management is one of the main tasks of chief executive offices. The issue of staff loyalty formation as one of the most significant factors of human recourses management that has a great impact on organizational performance is an actual problem of management nowadays especially in the circumstances of unstable external environment. The relevance of this problem is caused by the absence of clear definition for staff loyalty. Author depicts the examples of staff loyalty formation and improvement in international companies. Authors also describe cause-and-effect relations between employee commitment and the major factors of company's performance. The article presents the results of the analysis of the main approaches to the definition of staff loyalty, background for high employee commitment formation and the study of organizational loyalty in different cultures as well.
