To provide a business card information management server which solves a problem on compliance and allows business card information to be shared among a plurality of companies in a group with ease and at low costs.SOLUTION: The present invention is directed to a business card information management server (100) which allows business card information to be shared among a plurality of companies in a group. The server has input means (106) for accepting input of business card information relating to an owner of a business card obtained by a first user belonging to a first company and a date when the business card is obtained, storage means (102) for storing the business card information in association with the first user and the date when the business card is obtained, and processing means (101) for retrieving the business card information in accordance with an operation by a second user belonging to a second company. The processing means, if the date when the business card is obtained is later than the date of joint utilization declaration regarding the second company, displays the business card information retrieved through the retrieval operation of the second user on display means, and, if the date when the business card is obtained is earlier than the date of joint utilization declaration regarding the second company, does not display the business card information on the display means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
