At present, our country's Independent Colleges exist misconception, lacking of management and vacuum of services in building counselor teams. Because of these, counselor teams reflect misunderstanding of self-position, limit of self-development, poor economic conditions, lacking of enthusiasm for work and instability of team development. Above all, these consequences affect education management works. Based on these problems, this thesis researched independent college counselor teams development and status of work and combined with survey data on the status of counselors to make more objective understanding and more accurate judgments. In the grasp of the facts, based on in-depth analysis to found problems and analyze causes, reveal the inherent laws. At last, find solutions to improve the value of theory to guide research, theoretical guidance to strengthen the relevance and timeliness.
