In modern business environment, psychological contract management has increasingly become enterprise's strategic means to improve human resource competitive power. The article establishes the psychological contract's forming and developing mechanism model through analyzing its definition, formation and carrier, and then presents the human resource management strategies based on psychological contract referring to the psychological contract violation and breach theories.
