A Duration-Cost Model for Estimate and Optimization in Projects Base on GERT

摘要

In order to make accurate predictions and efficient arrangement for project activities, this paper studied on the relationship between duration and cost then built up a Duration-Cost model based on GERT to obtain required parameters.After a series of procedures, correlative parameters could be calculated through GERT methods and accurately estimate the duration and cost in a project.As a result, this model could provide new perspectives and solutions to project schedule and cost optimization.
