The labor and capital relation conflicts are emerging frequently and its prolem esstence lies in the shortage of respect education. The theoretical content of enterprise respect education includes four aspects. The implementation of the enterprise respect education truly must focus on and achieve four types of important changes of the organization structure, rules and regulations, business processes and the assessment model around staff development.
