摘要

A model based on factor analysis and fuzzy neural network was adopted to synthetically evaluate china's city public security. An index system of city public security was built. Factor analysis was used to reduce the relative factors and keep main factors. Fuzzy neural network was applied to analyze main influence on the city public security evaluation issue, such as man-made accidents, facilities, management capacity and natural accidents. To prove the availability of the model, a case of china's city public security was evaluated.
