DRYING AND MILLING OF RED BEET

摘要

In this work, beetroot powder was obtained by convective drying of the inrnnatura beetroot and milling of the dried material. Beet powder was characterizedrnthrough analysis of pigment, iron and moisture content and its results wererncompared to the analysis of the powder obtained commercially.
