摘要

Sample of Ba(Ce0.6Zr0.4)0.95Yb0.05O2.975 with different molar ratios of citric acid (CA) to ethylene glycol (EG) and metal cation (M+) were prepared by a citrate complexation method. Results of thermogravimetric analysis showed the lower thermal decomposition temperature (Ttd) for the sample with CA:EG:M+=1:2:3 was obtained at heating rate of 10 ℃ min-1.The Ttd value gradually increased as the applied heating rate was increased. At 10 ℃ min-1, there are 3 stages of weight loss profile in TG signal that are corroborated by 3 peaks in DTG signal. The lowest Ttd was obtained for the sample with CA:EG:M+=4:2:3. After calcined at 1100 ℃, all the samples almost formed perovskite-like phase with orthorhombic structure as shown by a Fourier Transform Infrared spectrometer and X-ray diffractometer.
