This paper introduces the structure of the software and the hardware settings of experimental machine of simulative continuous anneal which is composed of SIEMENS S7400 and industrial PC,and especially emphasized the monitoring function and data-processing function of the WinCC of the equipments, the application indicates that the graphic software of WinCC can well carry out the monitoring and. data-processing function to equipments , and. play an important role in the debugging process and the applocation of the equipments.
