Measurement of Piston Ring End Gap Based on computer Vision

摘要

A new measuring method used to measure the piston ring end gap is studied by using the computer vision. This method can make a rapid and accurate measurement of the piston ring end gap in the free state, and realize online measurement of the piston rings. The measuring theory and detailed solution can also be used to measure the dimension of other parts.
