A New Generation of Gallium Arsenide Diodes Optimised for Low Forward Voltage Drop

A new series of Gallium Arsenide Schottky diodes has been introduced. This paper explains their main properties being relevant for SMPS applications, referencing technological background. Derivation of a physical model helps to determine dynamic voltage distribution between series connected devices.
