Abstract: In the presentation we describe the microspectrophotometer for studies of efficient yield of two-photon photoreactions of photochromic media, perspective for development of 3D memory devices. The theoretical model allowing estimation of two-photon absorption cross-section of photochromic compounds from induced absorption data in films is considered.!4
