1 Included in the service supplied by the Aachener Chamber of Industry and Commerce, IHK, to which nearly 50 000 companies can be counted, the Department of Further Education and Information Technology, with the 'elearning academy', plays an important role in offering specialized course programmes. 2 In co-operation with the company 'ets' the IHK Aachen has created the 'elearning academy', in combination with Computer or Web Based Training, Online-Tutoring, Online-Teaching, learning documents, workshops and live-coaching, these courses are especially designed for companies. 3 The target of the IHK Aachen is the satisfaction of its customers, by demanding a high standard of performance and quality teaching.
