Design-Build Project Delivery for the Trenchless Market Place

This paper describes the important elements for utilizing the Design-Build project delivery method for the trenchlessrnmarketplace. We will refer to the 2012 Trenchless Technology Project of the Year award winning project: ThernMagnolia Trunk Sewer (MTS) Rehabilitation. This paper will highlight project achievements, challenges, andrnimportant considerations for future Design-Build projects in the trenchless market. From the very beginning of thernpursuit phase, the project team developed a plan with clear deliverables and milestones, and worked relentlessly tornachieve them.
