摘要

Distributed Mission Training (DMT) provides an environment for providing training that can be directed toward individual, team, or inter-team skills. The training research program at the Air Force Research Laboratory is examining the utility and effectiveness of DMT to compliment aircraft training. New instructional strategies and technologies are helping to train the next generation of aircrew members by using virtual environments that develop the essential skills for successful mission performance.
