摘要

In order to simulate the temperature field and stress field of overflow section of roller compacted concrete dam constructed in layers, the virtual element method is put forward in this paper based on the 3-D finite element. The combination of relocating mesh method and virtual element method is used to calculate the overflow section. The efficiency of calculation will be advanced by shrinking the calculation scale without decreasing the calculating precision.
