摘要

We applied high-precision magnetic exploration to detect possible unexploded explosive ordnance (UXO) to ensure the safety during the building of construction in Jinshan district in Shanghai.Firstly,we proved that the magnetic prospecting can be used to detect the UXO,and we used the analytic signal of measured magnetic anomaly to ascertain the horizontal locations of the sources.Finally we applied the improved Euler deconvolution method to interpret magnetic anomaly to estimate the location and depth of UXO.The comparison between the inversion results and the mining results shows that the magnetic prospecting is a fast and effective method in the detecting of UXO.
