A review is given of the unconventional superconductivity of Sr_2RuO_4 and the magnetic properties of Ca_(2-x)Sr_xRuO_4. The electronic properties are determined by the three 4d-t_(2g)-electrons of Ru. It is shown that superconductivity is due to the d_(xy)-electrons, while the magnetic behavior is more likely a feature of the other two orbitals, d_(yz) and d_(zx).
