This article describes a new line of commercially available atmospheric high-performance grease reactor kettles, eminently suitable for production of all known types of lubricating greases. These kettles are of original, modular design based on years of grease making experience and engineering expertise utilizing the latest technologies available. The article describes the essential components of the design and their functions. Operating experience has been very favorable over a cumulative period of 15 years, proving efficiency and durability. A strong case is made against sinking time, effort and money into the rebuilding/reconditioning of existing older kettle models. Instead, it is claimed that switching to modern universal high-performance reactors will be much more economical in the long run.
