Study on Extraction of Fig Flavones and Its Anti-cancer Effects

In this paper, the optimal technical conditions for figs residues' flavones extractive method were investigated by the quadratic regression rotatable orthogonal design. The results showed that the best extractive condition is: the ethanol concentration is 50%, the extractive time is 15min, the extractive temperature is 80 ℃, the ratio of fig residues to the extractive solvent is 1:5. Under this condition the absorbance of the flavones in extractive solvent is 0.5757, correspondingly the flavones extractive rate is 1.0455%. The fig flavones can obviously kill SGC-7901 cancer cell. And the inhabit rate is 55.26% after 48 hours reacting when the flavones concentration is 200 μg/ mL There is beeline relationship not only between the inhabit rate and the flavones dose, but also between the inhabit rate and the reacting time to some extend.
