It is proposed using the CoDeSys environment to control the process of non-chemical geothermal water treatment in real time. Non-chemical treatment of geothermal water eliminates scaling in the hydroponic greenhouse geothermal heating system and reduces the order requirements for resources. The entire intelligence system is concentrated in PLC and HMI performs the role of the thin client display. Production tests confirmed the effectiveness of acoustic and magnetic devices providing reagent-free treatment of geothermal water. The efficiency of the device was tested during three seasons of its operation. Routine maintenance showed that the amount of deposits on the pipes is absent. The method of non-chemical treatment of geothermal water makes it possible to achieve optimal temperature conditions in greenhouses by regulating the scaling on the supply pipes and heat exchanger of the geothermal heating system with low energy costs, which is largely confirmed by the introduction of the authors of the automatic control system in hydroponic greenhouses of the heating system of JSC "Raduga" (The Republic of Adygheya).
