In the implementation of intelligent manufacturing of metallurgical enterprises, the requirements for equipment reliability and equipment maintenance management are gradually increasing, and intelligent manufacturing needs to match the predictive maintenance capability. In view of the current problems in the equipment management of LYSteel, LYSteel changes existing maintenance ideas, from regular maintenance to active maintenance based on equipment operating conditions, constructed online monitoring and diagnosis system for key equipment operating status. This paper introduces the core functions and key implementation contents of the system in detail. This online monitoring and diagnosis system provides a basic guarantee for the active maintenance of the equipment management of LYSteel, helping LYSteel to establish a new key equipment management, maintenance, inspection and repair system under the concept of predictive maintenance.
