摘要

Reducing the smashing power consumption is important to combine harvesters. The study to reduce the power consumption while getting a suitable smashing ratio is carried out. The results from the experiments shows that the power consumption of the smashing device can be reduced remarkably by rationally choosing and combining the parameters of moved reamer, fixed reamer and bundle angles of the smashing device. Using a straight moved reamer and a fixed cutting reamer has a better feeding ability and can get a higher smashing ratio while expend lower power.
