In allusion to the massive investments of traditional inspection method of hoisting machinery, based on the rupture mechanics theory, the fatigue life formula can be obtained by using Paris-Eadogan equation as the mathematics model in combination with the outcome of fatigue experiment of the overhead traveling crane's welded box girder. According to Collecting work parameter and design parameter of different cranes, its corresponding fatigue loads spectrum of risk point can be simulated. Compiling estimation software of hoisting machinery metal structure by VC <'+ + >, it not only can estimate fatigue remaining life of various bridge crane, but also can analyze the capability (Intensity rigidity stability) of hoisting machinery metal structure. It can offer a good scene inspection method for Special equipment.
