POPBL-Blended Learning Model to Enhance Student Performance in Integrated Modular Learning Environment

摘要

The significant growth of digital technology has impacted all areas of business from small to the enterprise. To develop business entrepreneur capable of applying knowledge to solve complex problem in real world business has been challenged. Digital Technology for Business Innovation (DTBI) program of study has been designed for learners to accomplish business entrepreneurship which adapts digital technologies to find applicable solutions. To promote the learning performance of DTBI students having diverse background, this paper proposes a blended learning model employing POPBL and integrated-modular course framework which can lead students to achieve ultimate outcome of real digital business initiation. The student performance is evaluated by group project work and individual with both of formative and summative assessments. The evaluation result shows good qualification and satisfaction scores as well as enhancement evidence.
