This paper proposes an energy-optimized scheduling model and solution method for integrated energy utilization system of electric heating household use. It aims to save energy and reduce cost for coal-to-electric users. The system includes energy supply, energy storage, and energy use objects such as photovoltaic power generation, solar thermal, electric heating, heat storage, storage batteries and household electric loads. The optimized model uses the heat plan of controllable heat source output, the input and output energy plan of various forms of energy storage and the user's conventional time-shifting load work plan as control variables at each time of the next day. And the target is the user's total daily electric bill is minimum. The principle of maximizing the use of renewable energy is achieved by establishing a thermal energy balance equation constraint that satisfies“ the equivalent net load of thermal energy“ requirement and an electric energy balance equation constraint that satisfies“ the equivalent net load of electrical energy“ requirement. And then, under the constraints of the power of time-shifting load, the controllable heat source output heat, and the energy storage input and output energy, we can make the next day energy scheduling plan for heating users by the genetic algorithm based on matrix mixed real coding. The simulation example of the integrated energy utilized system of an electric heating household use in the two scenes of winter sunny day and winter rain and snow day shows that the proposed optimized method can fully utilize the energy transfer effect of various forms of energy storage to maximize the utilization of renewable energy. And through the peak-to-valley electric price, the electric heating equipment and the time-shifting electric load can work in the valley period to achieve the purpose of effectively reducing the user's electric bill.
