Residential mobility and urban expansion are of great challenge to sustainable cities. Developing computer models for simulating such urban phenomena is a powerful tool to support informing urban decisions especially with the fact that half of the world's population now lives in cities. In this paper, we'll outline a mixed model of residential mobility and land use change. The model is based on bottom-up approaches i.e. Multi Agent System and Cellular Automata that allow to designing households and housing units. The model integrates Bayesian Belief Network and Markov Chain which permit respectively to design households' residential behaviors and to control forecasting land use change.
