This paper presents an intelligent animated dialoguernsystem, whose aim is to facilitate impatient students in anrnonline learning setting. How to engage online students isrnone of key factors for creating effective and successfulrnonline courses. In addition to the traditional ways, such asrndiscussion board, this paper proposes a new dimension forrnonline courses. Authors intent to create an intelligentrnanimated Bot system that utilizes SCO M compliantrncourse contents in most of today’s Learning ManagementrnSystems, and present these contents in both text and voicernin a question and answer format to trigger student’srnmotivation and support these shy and intolerant students.
