摘要

Generally the Cu-Zeolite SCR shows good NO_x conversion performance at temperature range 200-450°C. Raw NO_x emission from diesel engine can be reduced by Cu-Zeolite SCR with NH_3 which is formed by decomposition of Urea. New Cu zeolite SCR is improved the characteristics of NH_3 adsorption and desorption as well as NO_x conversion at low temperature range. NH_3 fill up and conversion rate were studied by 12L Euro 5 cert. engine and NO_x conversion was performed by 3.9 L Euro 4 cert. engine. New Cu zeolite SCR is suitable for the HDD vehicle with low temperature operating conditions. It is expected to meet Euro 6 emission legislation.
