How to scientifically and comprehensive analyze and evaluate the performance of logistics companies, has become an urgently issues to logistics enterprises. This article has analyzed importance and urgency of logistics performance evaluation, has constructed evaluating indicator system of logistics performance evaluation according to the evaluation request and the characteristic of logistics performance. Using entropy weight to determinate evaluating indicator's weight, based on this, has established gray comprehensive evaluation model for logistics performance.
