The Continuous Risk Management Based on HSE Management System of Engineering Project

摘要

With the development of the economy and the progress of the society, the issues about health, safety and environment have unprecedented attention. Now, the HSE management system is being accepted by more and more enterprises and integrated into the process of the construction project management. From the aspect of construction project management, this paper discusses the characteristics of HSE management system in Engineering Projects, and gives the concept of continuous HSE risk management to us, based upon the analysis of the contents and characteristics of the continuous risk management of SEI. This paper expatiates on the process, objects and contents in every part of the continuous HSE risk management.
