Bond Financing of Urban Infrastructure Enterprises under the Government Independent Operation

According to the government’s different roles of participation in the urban infrastructure construction. infrastructure financing modes are divided into three categories: government independent operation, public-private run partnership and public-private cooperation. This article focuses on the issuer, capital quality, choice of fund collection project, guarantee mode and repayment of bond interests. Based on related analysis it provides the solution to the significant effective factors of bond financing under the government independent operation. Accordingly the advance of the new methods accelerate the enterprise bond issue and expand the guarantee mode.
