Design of a Framework of Post Evaluation for Construction Project

摘要

This paper discusses issues related to Post Evaluation for construction projects in China. It explores these issues from three perspectives-the project life cycle, the project aim, and contents of Post Evaluation. A three-dimensional framework is proposed. The preliminary design of the general content is outlined in this paper.
